He has in excess of 30 years industry experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in Construction, Commissioning & Start-up (CSU), Asset Management, Shutdowns, Operations and Maintenance. Aaron studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and holds a Masters (MSc) in Project Management.

Marina is the Director of Business Operations at I.C.E., bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in business management, client liaison, and operational leadership. Before joining I.C.E., Marina held senior roles in Client Management and Liaison for leading commodities trading and logistics organizations based in Moscow, where she developed a strong foundation in international business and stakeholder engagement.
Marina oversees the company's daily operations, ensuring seamless interaction with clients, vendors, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Marina holds degrees in both Law and Linguistics and is a qualified teacher of English and French. Her multidisciplinary background and multilingual capabilities allow her to effectively navigate complex operational, legal, and cross-cultural environments.
